He was predeceased by: his parent Marlin Eugene; and his brother Kevin Murphy (Sue). He is survived by: his mother Wynema Laura Murphy (Hankins); his brother Michael Murphy (Cathy); his nephews, Andy Murphy (Amanda) and Eric Haines; his great-nephew Silas Murphy; his cousins, Marcie Kasinger (Terry), Linda Walton (Dave), Erica Walton, Andrea Walton and Chad Curry; and his sister-in-law Tonya Murphy. He is also survived by brother and uncle who will be missed by his family and friends.
