She was predeceased by: her husband Jesus Vasquez; her daughter Magdalena Pillot (late Richard); and her parents, Rafael Garcia and Manuela Garcia. She is survived by: her children, Rene Vasquez (Toni), David Vasquez (Nancy), Cecilia Garcia (Daniel), Vidal Vasquez (Kila), Thelma Howland (Devon) and Rosanna Gonzalez (David); her grandchildren, Emily, Giovanni (Daniella), Cesar, Erinn, Andriana, Erik (Jayme), Alyssa (Angel), Marissa, Jeremy, Anthony, Lucas, Victoria, Jared, Samantha, Adrian and Marco; and her great grandchildren, Yasmeen, Lilyanna, Cecilia, Lyanna and Lucas.
