It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Tarrant of Mount Auburn, Illinois, born in Jacksonville, Illinois, who passed away on July 17, 2020, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Alexander and Fern Alexander (Stephens); her son Jarod A. Tarrant; and her son-in-law Tommy Wiseman. She is survived by: her children, Christina Wiseman of Palmer, JayR Tarrant of Morrisonville and Jonathan Tarrant (Elise Fryman) of Mt. Auburn; her grandchildren, Kelly Hadley (Michael), Matthew Tarrant, Alissa Sharp, Jayson Tarrant, Lucus Tarrant, Bailee Rigney, Mason Tarrant, Trenton Tarrant, Alexander Tarrant, Damien Tarrant, Andrew Tarrant, Sara Fryman, Emma Fryman and Grayson Fryman; her nieces, Jenny Garmon and Kimberley Adrian (Jesse); and her former husband Harry Horrer.
