She is survived by: her spouse Ernie Moon; her children, Susan Costello (Mark), Daniel Novak, Sr. (Debbie), Karen Small (Novak) and Melissa Moon; her grandchildren, Sara Manney (Matthew), Daniel Novak, Jr. and Alyssa Novak; her great grandchild Mason Dobbins Novak; and her siblings, Pete Bellettiere (Donna), Mike Bellettiere (Pat) and Diane Kuyper.
