He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Moore and Edna Moore. He is survived by: his wife Sarah; and his children, David Freligh, Lawana Anderson (Lyle), Larry Freligh, Christian Moore and Franklin Moore Jr.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren.
