He is survived by: his wife Vicki Shartzer; his daughter Tammie Lutane of Decatur, IL; his grandchildren, Amber Ballinger and Cody Ballinger (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Keegan, Korbin, Bentyn and Kinsley; and his mother-in-law Norma Shartzer.
