She is survived by: her children, Colleen Prouza (Richard), Roberta McNamara (Frank), Mark Vizza and Dan Vizza (Valarie); her grandchildren, Joseph Prouza (Erika), Jennifer Prouza, Julie Prouza, Kristen Nagle (Jonathan), Frank Jr. McNamara (Sandy), Robert Vizza, Raymond Vizza (Melissa), Mark Vizza Jr., Candice Dube (Scott), Daniel Vizza Jr., Nicholas Vizza, Kristina Cherep (Kirk), Tyler Vizza, Meghan Meyer and Addison Meyer; her great grandchildren, Natalie Matyjaszczyk, Zachary Matyjaszczyk, Amy Matyjaszczyk, Adam Matyjaszczyk, Kaylin Prouza, Kyle Prouza, Jacob Nagle, Lucas Nagle, Cameron Nagle, Madison McNamara and Paige Dube; and her siblings, Richard Warren (Margaret), Robert Warren (Carole) and Shirley Kania. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
