We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2020, at the age of 66, Wilma J. Russell (Mounds, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William E. Russel and Geraldine Dawson Houston; her husband Lee Carter; her sons, Malcolm Hawkins (Seressa) and John Carter (Ashley); her sisters, Delores Pollard (Skip) and Helen Agbonifo; and her adoptive mother Willa Coardes.
We are asking everyone who attend the services to wear a mask or facial covering and follow the social distance guidelines set forth by the CDC and State Of Illinois.
