It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sherri L. Mallory (Mounds, Illinois), born in Cairo, Illinois, who passed away on October 22, 2020, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John L. Garrett and Erma Garrett (Bibe); her spouse Taurice Mallory; her son Taurice Jr.; her grandmother Emma Johnson; her grandson Markel Mallory; her aunts and uncles, Linda Kay Butler, Lucille Howard, Arnetta Williams, Levi, Charles, Morris, David Garrett and James; her daughter Kimberly Mallory; her grandparent D'Anthony Mallory of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.; and her aunts, Mary Lee (Kissie) and Christine Box. She was also cherished by three great nieces and four great nephews, a host of cousins and other relatives.
