He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Sherry Meadows (Kenny) of Villa Ridge, IL, Juliet Jackson, Johnetta LaMar of St. Louis, MO, Jill Bulgin (Chip) of Baltimore, MD and Joshua Jackson (Kim); his siblings, Patsy Rundles of Alton, IL and Harry Wild of Anna, IL; his grandchildren, Christiana Bulgin, Rebecca Wilson (Robert), Susan Stout (Marc), Mitchell Jackson, Austin Davis, Benjamin Jackson, Drew Jackson, Garrett Bulgin and Riley Powell; his niece Nancy Powell of Mound City, IL; his sister-in-law Marcella Dockins of Cape Girardeau; and his cousin Harold McNelly of Thebes. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
