It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Bostian (Mounds, Illinois), born in Cobden, Illinois, who passed away on October 14, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bostian and Lucetta Bostian (Biggs); and his brothers, Glenn and Earl. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Bostian (Bigler); his children, Joni and John; his stepchildren, Jaime Hall (Kevin), Julie Johnson, Leann Jackson, Delores Jackson, Diane Phillips (Chris) and James Jackson (Robyn); his siblings, C. D. Bostian (Carolyn), Frank Bostian and Shirley Robinson (Ken); and his parents-in-law, Danny Bigler (Ellie), Rhonda Bigler, Vera Slankard (Brad), Virginia Ervin (Erv), Douglas Bigler (Alice) and Ruth Dunn (Jeff). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Donations may be made to the CLC Hospice Center at the VA Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
