He was predeceased by: his parents, Demore Pigee and Lelar Pigee (Bogans); and his siblings, Christine Blakemore, Beulah Green, Savannah Buchner, Adrienna McNair, Willie, Fred, Demore, Jr., James and Elijah (Percy).
He is survived by: his wife Edwina Thomas (Benia); his children, Gwendolyn Collins (Rudolph) of Joliet, Karen Pigee of Shorewood, Valerie Adams (Eugene) of Joliet and Nathaniel (Nate, Jr.) of Bloomington, Illinois.; his sister-in-law Annie Pigee of Joliet; his grandchildren, Tiffany, Edwina, Jermaine, Metish, Nia and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Kevin, Kiana, Skylar, Alex, Jaila, Chayton, JuJu, Derrick, Dilan and Allen. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
