He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas T. Phillips and Bertha E. Berchtold Phillips. He is survived by: his spouse Bertie Hunt; his daughters, Kerry A. Farnsworth (Terry) of Morton, Stacey J. Peterson (Dave) of Brimfield and Christy J. Phillips of New York; and his grandchildren, Ian J. Rayner (Alyssa) of Mt. Vernon, Sierra F. Peterson of Brimfield and David T. Peterson of Brimfield. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Autism Speaks in Peoria.
