We are sad to announce that on February 10, 2020, at the age of 64, Terry P. Smith Sr. (Morton, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Terry P. Smith Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Margaret Smith (Breske). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Murray; his children, Angie Weer of Morton, T. J, Kayla Wartick (Brent) of Lake St, Thomas Murray of Morton, Jennifer Smith (Judd Boswell) of Delavan, Brandon Smith of Danvers, Alex Smith of Morton and Chelsea Mickna (Alex) of Homer, Ill.; and his siblings, Marilyn Wells (Mark) of Groveland, Candy Hoyland (Dennis) of Groveland and Paul Smith (Lorie) of East Peoria. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
