It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia F. Isaac (Morton, Illinois), born in East Prairie, Missouri, who passed away on February 10, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph J. Moore and Orpha B. Moore (Flick); her former spouse Billie F. Farris; her husband Raymond E. Phoenix; and her siblings, Alma Hale, Louise Wagner and William Henry Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, William R. Farris (Sheila) of Pekin, Ricky L. Farris (Melissa) of Tuscaloosa, AL and Ronald J Farris (Marie) of Washington; and her siblings, Sarah Moore of Pekin, Ethel Egen (David) of Topeka, Gene A. Moore, Elmer T. Moore of Newkirk, OK, Charles R. Moore of Pekin, Curtis Moore (Wanda) of Pekin, Roger D. Moore (Denise) of Pekin and James D. Moore (Linda) of Pekin. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
