He is survived by: his parents, David Frank and Iris Frank (Vinson) of Morton; his wife Deborah Crebo; his son Jayson Frank (Caitlin) of Green Valley, Ill.; and his sisters, Rebecca Beach (Terry) of East Peoria and Joyce Belsley (Larry) of Morton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Peoria Mennonite Church.
