With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley L. Frank (Morton, Illinois), born in Blue Earth, Minnesota, who passed away on April 20, 2019 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Andrews and Esther Andrews (Severtson); her brothers, Jim Andrews and William "Bill" Andrews; her granddaughter Jennifer Frank; and her great grandchild Cayden Frank.

She is survived by: her husband Sonny of Morton; her children, Daniel (Ann) of Morton, Douglas (Laurie) of Morton, Kim Finley (Stuart) of Morton and Dennis (Sheri) of Bloomington; and her siblings, Sharon Mutchler (Loren) of Pekin and Gary Andrews (Maryann) of Pinckneyville.
