Lebak (Morton, Illinois), born in Oak Park, Illinois, who passed away on February 13, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Lebak and Ursula Lebak (Wagner); his wife Jean Lebak of Morton; and his son John Lebak (Kimberly) of Santa Fe, N. M. He was also cherished by four brothers and one sister.
