He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael R. Miller and Dorothy F. Miller (Meyer); his siblings, Patti Jo Miller and Dennis J. Miller; and his children, Timothy and Maria.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn K. Miller (Nelson); his sons, Jeffrey (Anthony Morrison) of North Florida, Mark of North Florida, Richard (Mandy) of North Florida and Christopher (Rhonda McLemore Griffin) of North Florida; his grandchildren, Joshua, Anna, Austin, Gavin and Ava; his brother James Miller of Orange Park, FL; and his sister-in-law Joy Johannes Miller. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
