He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bouchard and Leona Bouchard (Pfaff); his son Henry; and his siblings, Richard Bouchard, Michael Bouchard and Ann O'Neil.
He is survived by: his daughters, Laura Elam (Tom) of Morton and Kathryn Marshall (Brad) of Colona, Ill.; his grandchildren, Hunter, Caroline and Brock; and his sisters-in-law, Jessica Bouchard and Joan Bouchard. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
