We are sad to announce that on October 27, 2021, at the age of 74, Patricia Shelton of Morton, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin McKinney and Dorraine McKinney (Everett); her husband Marshall Shelton; her son-in-law Joe Rankin; and her siblings, Thomas, Michael McKinney and Robin Richards.
She is survived by: her children, Pennie Rankin of Greenville, Ty Miller (Amy) of Davenport and John II Miller (Christina) of Peoria; her grandchildren, Rachel Fryar (Rocky), Austin, Collin, Megan, Landon, Amani, Jax and Che Miller; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Mila, Amara, Meliah and Grayson; and her sister Carol Humphrey (Lyle). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to a local organization of the donor's choice.
