She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Kling and Hazel Kling (Hills); her husband Louis "Luke" Spinder; and her siblings, Joyce Klein, Faye Caroline Kling and James Rahrer.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Whaley of Peoria, Terry Whaley (Heather) of East Peoria and Randy Whaley (Diana Huff) of Norwood; her grandchildren, Christopher Estes (Kim) of Elmwood, Monica Stahl (Matthew) of Lewistown, David Whaley (Tonya) of Washington and Joshua Whaley of Morton; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Estes, Jamie Estes, Luke Estes, Logan Estes, Savannah Stahl and Sophia Stahl.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home (140 S Detroit Ave, Morton, IL 61550). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
