Koch; his wife Donna Baurer Yergler; his children, Doug Frank (Cheri) of Pekin, Susan Glueck (Dale) of Pekin and Dawna Frank of Chicago; his stepchildren, Julie Gasick (Mark) of Elburn, David Yergler (Karen) of Metamora, Daren Yergler (Yukie) of Mapleton and Derek Yergler (Bo) of Eugene, OR; his grandchildren, Emily Schmidgall (Tim), Sarah Huette (Brad), Adam Frank, Hannah Frank, Amelia Glueck and Chloe Glueck; and his siblings, Mahlon Frank of Morton, Jo Anne Scholl (William) of Dunlap and Carole Barnard (David) of Tremont. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; seven step-great grandchildren.
