We are sad to announce that on October 30, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Lydia Hauter of Morton, Illinois, born in Edelstein, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Baer and Magdalena Baer (Kieser); her husband Ralph L. Hauter; her children, Joe Hauter and Susan Mae Hauter; and her son-in-law Gary Halfer.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Halfer of Elmwood Park, Ill.; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Hauter; her grandchildren, Chris Halfer (Deanna), Joe Hauter, Josh Hauter (Bobbie) and Ashley Wiker (Will); and her sister-in-law Kathryn Kaiser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Social distancing guidelines will be observed during the visitation and funeral service and masks are required.
Memorials may be made to Morton Apostolic Christian Church.
