He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Fernandez and Maria Fernandez (Gomez); and his wife Esther Alcala. He is survived by: his daughters, Leticia Fernandez (Ron) of Morton, Ranson of Morton, Anna Rose (Brian) of Morton and Maria Fernandez of Chicago; his grandchildren, Monica Ranson, Annalyssa Alvarez, Aaron Alvarez, Katie Alvarez, Matthew Rose (Brittney), Maggie Ray (Matthew), Mitchell Rose and Maryn Rose; his great grandchildren, Dawson Allison, Connor Rose, Aiden Rose and Lyle Ray; and his brother Jose Gomez of Mexico.
Memorials may be made to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in Morton.
