With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Keith Bohnker of Morton, Illinois, born in Denison, Iowa, who passed away on October 30, 2024 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Keith Bohnker to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Bohnker and Lois Bohnker (Johnston); and his brother Craig. He is survived by: his wife Anna Bohnker of Morton; his children, Douglas Bohnker (Chelsea) of Washington, Jeff Bohnker (Nicole) of Peoria and Ashley Bohnker Cox (Kyle) of Cypress, Texas; his grandchildren, Riley, Caitlin, Ivette and Elise; and his siblings, Kent Bohnker and Marilyn Bohnker.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Knapp-Johnson Funeral Home (140 S Detroit Ave, Morton, IL 61550). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church (1020 S First Ave, Morton, IL 61550).
Memorials may be made to Morton Knights of Columbus, Morton Opportunity Club supporting the KHB Scout Fund or Northwestern Memorial Foundation supporting the Lou and Jean Malnati Brain Tumor Institute.
