It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Gillan of Morton, Illinois, born in Pekin, Illinois, who passed away on January 9, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clark O. Barton and Nina Barton (McQueen); her husband Loren Gillan; her daughters, Cheryl Diane, Lora Kober (Rich), Jan Anthony (Marc) and Lynn Langenbach (Travis); her grandchildren, Josh Kober (Jess), Erika Walschaert (Tyler), Victoria Helmer (Jeff), Drake Anthony, Elesa Anthony, Cheryl Langenbach and Aaron Langenbach; her great grandchildren, Abram, Eva Kober and Rhiannon Walshaert; and her cousin Rita Woerly (Johnson). She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Research.
