It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Kathy Churchill of Morton, Illinois, born in Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on April 14, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sterling Simpson and Kathryn Simpson (Burgland); and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Churchill and Milt Peterson. She is survived by: her husband Samuel Churchill of Morton; her sons, Daniel Churchill (Brent) of Chicago and Thomas Churchill of Morton; her siblings, Judy Peterson of Galesburg, Ill, Marilyn Formhals (David) of Morton and David Simpson (Carol) of Galesburg; and her siblings-in-law, John Churchill (JoAnne), Jim Churchill (Sue) and Elaine Churchill. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
