She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville Ball and Geneva Ball; her husband Jack L. Patterson; her children, Keith Downes (Karen) of Morton, IL, Lisa Simmons (Dennis) of Washington, IL and Robin Irvin of Creve Coeur, IL.; her stepdaughters, Deborah Patterson of Peoria and Dina Hartman (Pat) of Chillicothe; and her sister Sharon Blair. She was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
