He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oyer and Bessie E. Oyer (Kent); his spouse Barbara Oyer (Barnebee); and his sister Irma Oyer-Lundholm. He is survived by: his son Michael; his grandsons, Timothy and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Xavier Oyer and Mary Oyer. He is also survived by his wife, son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
