It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jesse A. Horn (Morton, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 30, 2019, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Homer, Mickey Horn, Robert and Patsy Lynn; and his uncle Kevin Lynn.
He is survived by: his parents, Gary Horn and Vicki Horn (Lynn); his sister Jennifer Haag (Josh) of East Peoria; his nieces and nephews, Addison and Greyson Haag of East Peoria; his uncles, Arlen Horn (Connie), Michael Horn (Missy), Scott Lynn (Mary) and Craig (Janine); and his stepgrandmother Vernetta Lynn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Teen Challenge in Pekin or Salvation Army in Davenport, Iowa.
