He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Moreland and Ethel Moreland (Whitaker); his wife Jeri Miller; and his son Jeff Moreland of East Peoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Greater Peoria Honor Flight, a volunteer organization that held a special meaning to Jerry.
