She was predeceased by: her sons, Billy Joe Phillips and Kirk Allen Phillips; and her brother Gary Spence. She is survived by: her husband Jack Phillips of Morton; her children, Steven Flowers (Mary Lou) of Springfield, Dana Flowers of The Villages, Fla. and Russell Flowers (Cindy) of The Villages, Fla.; and her sisters, Joyce O'Neill of Clinton and Ruth Jones (Monte) of Chatham, Ill.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Bethel Lutheran Church in Morton.
