It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Vernon of Morton, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Vernon and Wilma Vernon (Potts); and his sister Julia. He is survived by: his wife Hanna Vernon of Morton; his son Paul Vernon (Julie) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Emma, Elizabeth, Ryan and Jack; and his siblings, Lydia Vernon-Jones (Russell) of Amhurst, Mass. and Rex Vernon (Bonny) of Memphis, Tenn.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
