He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Bolllinger and Helen Bolllinger; his son Jack Jr.; and his great grandchild Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Marge Seddon; his daughter Karen Hoerr (Dan) of Morton; his daughter-in-law Barb Bollinger of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Brett Hoerr (Jen), Jenny Lamb (Jake), Krissy Anderson (Chad), Ashley Wolters (Mike) and Trent Hoerr (Kristina); his great grandchildren, Brody, Hayden, Taylor, Graclin, Philip, Madigan, John, Theodore and Moira; and his grandchildren, Dirk, Danell, Brooke, Blake and Grant.
