He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward A. Rowell and Blanche E. Rowell (Hull); his brother Wayne Rowell (Lurelle); his former wife Lucille E. Bauer; his wife Melba Zehr; his stepdaughters, Carol Slaughter of Peoria and Karen Steiner (Kent) of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; his siblings-in-law, Veda, Carolyn, Shirley Rowell, Ralph Bauer (Lila) and Fred Bauer (Betty); and his brothers, Earl, Clarence and Ill.
