He was predeceased by: his grandson Phillip Bonner. He is survived by: his daughter Donnas Hertenstein (Bruce) of Morton, Ill.; his grandson Erik Bonner (Gina) of Berea; his great grandchildren, Favian, Jazper, Thessaly, Zen of Berea and Jade Bonner of Tempe, Ariz; his great great grandchild Felix of Tempe; his stepgranddaughter Hilary Hertenstein Zabel (family: Jordan, Sydney, Evelyn, Ill); and his sister Rachel Cagle of Chapel Hill, N. C.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
