It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen R. Knapp (Morton, Illinois), who passed away on February 23, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Stetzler and Rosina Stetzler (Paternoster); and her siblings, Manuel, William, Arthur Stetzler, Hannah Mooberry, Margaret Pflederer and Caroline Schlachter.
She is survived by: her husband William J. Knapp of Morton; her daughters, Carol Beyer (Bob) of Pekin, Diane Wurmnest (Mike) of Deer Creek and Vicki Bennett of Morton; her grandchildren, Lindsay Shawver, Austin Beyer (Jessica), Chad Wurmnest (Emily), Kyle Wurmnest (Jaime), Jenna Nicholson (Jake), Tyler Bennett and Parker Bennett; her great grandchildren, Ciara Mooberry (Caleb), Colin Beyer, Carter Baldes, Cynthia Beyer, Roman Berry, Jack, Lucy Wurmnest, Garrett, Gavin Wurmnest and Kimber Nicholson; her sister Helen Zobrist; and her sister-in-law Lois Stetzler.
Memorials may be made to Morton United Methodist Church, St. Jude Runners' Association or Shriners Hospital for Children - Chicago.
