He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Crouch and B. Louise Crouch (Wills); his brothers, Thomas and Perry Crouch; and his stepfather H. Hiel Judy.
He is survived by: his former wives, Carolyn Smith and Karolyn "Kay" McCauley-Kent; his wife Karolyn Crouch of Morton; his daughter Beth Anne Killen (Devin) of Tremont; his stepchildren, Sam Kent (Jacky) of East Peoria, Doug Kent (Carrie) of East Peoria and Sue Adams (Tim) of Macomb, Ill.; and his sister Beverley Haag (John) of Bloomington, Ill.. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren.
