He was predeceased by: his parents, Bohuslav Tuhy and Enka Tuhy (Hirko). He is survived by: his wife Rachel Tuhy; his children, Sarah Tuhy, Joshua Tuhy and Micah Tuhy (Jennyfer); his granddaughter CharlieAnn Tuhy; and his sister Judy Tuhy Kirkpatrick.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Advent Lutheran Church (1211 S Main St, Morton, IL 61550). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lutheran Outdoor Ministry Center (lomc.org) in Oregon, Illinois.
