He is survived by: his wife Nancy Domnick of Morton; his children, Dale Domnick, Jr. (Shannon) of Morton and Amy Repholz (Jordan) of Morton; his grandchildren, Jack, Hannah Domnick, Caden and Grant Repholz; and his sisters, Gerry Kruse (Doug) of Morton, Ellen Farney (Ron) of Bloomington, Kathy Ritthaler (Jim) of Morton and Jan Hohulin (Mark) of Morton.
