Merideth (Amy), Daniel Summerfield, Katie Summerfield and Nicholas Summerfield; and her aunts and uncles, Beth Worner, Charles Fahnders (Lisa), Terry Davidson (Cheri), Mike Patton (Janice), Dolores Ledbetter (Wayne), Sanda Davidson (Jessie), Gary Davidson (Carrie) and Donnie Davidson (Joyce). She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
