He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sam Norman and Lelia Wilson; his wife Reba Wilson of Morton; his daughters, Denise Carter (Duane) of Romance and Ark (Amy Hayes); his son-in-law Steve Young of Morton; his grandchildren, Steve Young (Erin), Lindsay Cox (Andy), Blake Carter (Jamie), Bobby Carter (Jodi), Whitney Johnson (Robby) and Jackson Hayes (Britney Bush); his daughter Karla Young; and his grandsons, Austin Carter and Zachary Hayes. He was also cherished by 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Apostolic Christian Restmor in Morton or East Peoria Church of Christ.
