It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles W. Lewis (Morton, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Normal Lewis and Ruby Lewis (Albritton); his wife Beulah M. Staley; his daughters, Betty Hennig and Margaret Kelch of Morton; his son-in-law Don Hennig of Morton; and his grandchildren, Donald, Mike, Maura, Sherryl and Peggy. He was also cherished by 13 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project or Peoria Honor Flight.
