She was predeceased by: her parents, William Vaughn and Caroline Vaughn (Sievert); and her siblings, Margaret Regan, Charles Sullivan, Thomas Sullivan, Martin Sullivan, Eleanor Sullivan and Catherine Sullivan.
She is survived by: her former husband Bill Fuquay; her husband Donald Miller; her daughters, Krissy Fuquay of Largo, Fla. and Shellie Frost of Peoria; her stepchildren, Donald Miller, Jr., Philip Miller, Ronald Miller and Patty Hodel; and her grandson Alex Frost. She is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to TAPS (Tazewell Animal Protection Services), Center for Prevention of Abuse, or Vitas Hospice.
