She was predeceased by: her father Robert Adair. She is survived by: her mother Donna Adair (Hill) of Morton; her daughter Ash Sylvan (Jonathan) of Ann Arbor, Mich.; her granddaughter Lyra Sylvan; and her siblings, David Adair of Columbus and Sheri Vermeulen (Thomas) of Morton. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and one great nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
