He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles E. Hall and Hyla M. Lower Hall; his former wife Doris F. Hoffman; his wife Doris "Botts" Hall of Morton; his sons, Karas Hall of Morton and Charles Hall (Cynthia) of East Peoria; his grandchildren, Rachael Lenover (Andrew) of Eureka and Robert Hall of East Peoria; and his great grandchildren, Dexter, Charlie, Andrea and Alyssa.
