He was predeceased by: his grandson Brian Henry, Jr.; and his siblings, Walter Park, Larraine Wright and Linda Johnson. He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Henry of Morton; his daughter Jessica Guiliano (Jim) of Pekin; his brothers, Gary Park of Washington and Thomas Keith Park (Chrissy) of Ten Mile, Tenn.; his nephews, Patrick Henry of Morton, Brian Henry of Chillicothe and Vincent Henry of Irving; and his niece Janet Summers (Cliff) of Delavan, Ill.. He is also survived by seven grandsons; six granddaughters; one great-grandson.
