We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2021, at the age of 61, Bill R. Dobbins of Morton, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandson Tripp Dobbins; his nephew Peter Ackerman; and his father-in-law Fred Kniep. He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Dobbins and Betty Dobbins (Brownfield) of East Peoria; his wife Darla Dobbins of Morton; his children, Nate Dobbins (Leah) of Knoxville, Tenn., Danielle Johnson (Jeremy) of Morton, Whitney Menold (Noah) of Morton and Shelby Willis (Lance) of Morton; his grandchildren, Payton, Cael, Parker, Ramsey, Sawyer, Scarlett, Lincoln, Avery, Tessa, Wren, Lark, Rylee and Jovie; his mother-in-law Nancy Kniep of Morton; and his brother Barry Dobbins of Fairfax, Calif.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Grace Church or South Side Christian Academy.
