She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold McMillan and Adah Pearl McMillan (Frick); her husband Stanley Pope; her children, Katrina Sotomayor of East Peoria and Bill Pope (Krista) of Creve Coeur; her grandchildren, Victor Sotomayor of East Peoria, Tatiana Funkhouser (Alex) of Champaign, Stanley Sotomayor of East Peoria, Katherine Sotomayor of East Peoria, Elayda Hou of Maple Grove, Andrew Hou of Maple Grove, Minn of Creve Coeur, William Pope of Creve Coeur and Jack Pope of Creve Coeur; her sister Carol Jeter (Bill) of Mount Vernon, Ill.; and her daughter Samantha Hou.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials be made in remembrance of Barbara to the Center for Prevention of Abuse of Peoria or the Salvation Army of Peoria.
